1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using DREA ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Nulle LLC grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DREA on your personal or business devices. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.

• You may install DREA on multiple devices you own or control.
• You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software.
• You may not reverse-engineer the proprietary portions of the Software (open-source components are governed by their respective licenses).

3. Open Source Components

DREA incorporates open-source software including but not limited to:

• AI Models — BGE-small (MIT), GME-Qwen2-VL (Apache 2.0), Qwen3-4B (Apache 2.0), DeepSeek R1 (MIT)
• Infrastructure — llama.cpp (MIT), ChromaDB (Apache 2.0), LlamaIndex (MIT), FastAPI (MIT)
• Desktop Framework — Tauri (MIT/Apache 2.0)

These components retain their original licenses. The DREA application layer, UI, and integration code are proprietary.

4. Your Data

DREA processes data exclusively on your local device. You retain full ownership of:

• All documents you ingest into DREA
• All vector embeddings generated from your documents
• All AI-generated responses and analysis
• All configuration and preference data

We have no access to your data and make no claims to it.

5. External AI Feature

If you enable the optional External AI escalation feature:

• Sanitized queries are sent to the external provider you configure (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or custom).
• You are responsible for reviewing the sanitized query before sending.
• External providers' terms of service apply to data sent to them.
• You are responsible for providing your own API keys for external providers.
• Nulle LLC is not liable for how external providers handle your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DREA to:

• Process illegal content or materials
• Circumvent security restrictions on systems you don't own
• Generate content that violates applicable laws
• Redistribute AI model weights in violation of their licenses

7. Warranty Disclaimer

DREA is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific purpose
• The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• External AI sanitization will catch all sensitive information

You should always review AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nulle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DREA, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes access to software updates distributed through our release channels. We aim to provide updates but are not obligated to maintain, update, or support the Software indefinitely.

10. Termination

This license is perpetual unless you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software. Your local data remains yours and is unaffected.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through our website or release notes.
