The short version: DREA is a one-time purchase desktop application. You own it, it runs on your hardware, and your data stays on your device. Use it responsibly.
By purchasing, downloading, or using DREA ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, Nulle LLC grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DREA on your personal or business devices. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.

These components retain their original licenses. The DREA application layer, UI, and integration code are proprietary.
DREA processes data exclusively on your local device. You retain full ownership of:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nulle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DREA, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Your purchase includes access to software updates distributed through our release channels. We aim to provide updates but are not obligated to maintain, update, or support the Software indefinitely.
This license is perpetual unless you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software. Your local data remains yours and is unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through our website or release notes.
